Ingredients
50ml Ceylon Arrack
5ml Averna Amaro
3 drops angostura bitters
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml gomme syrup
1 egg white
Method
Dry shake first (without ice). Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a Rocks Glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cherry.
